There needs to be an in-depth discussion of what you are looking for, the final cost, and deadline before I accept a commission request.

Payment up front. 50% Before & After is welcome.

50% non refundable deposit necessary for work over 160$.

You will receive progress shots.

No refunds once significant progress has been made or you receive your final product.

If I cannot complete the commission due to unforeseen events on my own side, I will communicate this and I will be prompt with the required refunds.

(If significant progress has been made on the Artwork when this happens, I will discuss with the client what they would like done about the piece, or negotiate lower pricing.)

If you choose to repost the art online, the watermark must remain intact and traceable.

Artwork may not be altered digitally, redistributed, traced, sold or used for commercial purposes without prior negotiation with me.

Artwork may not be used for machine learning algorithms, the generation of AI images, or as training data.

I reserves the right to display and post all commissioned works on my website and social medias
